STETSON.COM RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

While we are unable to process exchanges at this time, we do accept returns.

To start your return please visit our Returns Center.

In light of recent events, we have extended our return policy. Stetson will accept returns* for full-priced items purchased on Stetson.com to the original form of payment within 30 days of delivery date for a refund. Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Stetson will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt, missing the original tags or otherwise altered. Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Stetson reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

Click 'Request A Return' below to look up your order and receive a printable return label. Please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre- addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest 
carrier location. All continental U.S. orders will have the option of a $10.00 return label fee which will be deducted from the total refund or credit if the provided label is used. You may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method at your expense. Stetson is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

*Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return. 

You will be refunded for the value of your returned item(s) and tax.  You will not be refunded original or return shipping costs.

We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. Stetson.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.

If you receive an item that is damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact customer service immediately.

How will I know when Stetson.com receives my return package?

As soon as we receive and process your return we will email a confirmation to the email address you provided on your original order. Note, if there is a refund due, this refund will be noted in your email confirmation and typically shows up on your credit card account within 10 business days (depending on your credit card) or by your next credit card statement.

What is a good guideline when I should expect to receive an email confirmation that my return package has been accepted and processed?

Allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed. This takes in consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
