Developed in partnership with Justin Theroux and Carlos Quirarte, cofounders of Ray’s NYC, the Open Road 6X “Raygular” Edition updates our iconic crossover style in Silverbelly with an exclusive “Raygular” pin and custom liner. Like all Open Roads, this one is handcrafted in the U.S.A., but unlike our standard Open Road, only 50 were made.
In the handful of years since it opened, Ray’s has become a Lower East Side institution, the kind of place where, as the saying goes, everybody knows your name—whether your name happens to be Olivia Rodrigo, Woody Harrelson, or Joe from around the corner. With its irreverent attitude and unpretentious décor, Ray’s is a hub for a community of “Raygulars,” and our limited-edition Open Road taps into that spirit with a special pin and custom liner inspired by the bar’s iconic NYC-meets-Wild West mural. Those lucky enough to get their hands on one will receive a complimentary shot and beer every time they wear their Raygular Open Road to Ray’s (at bartender’s discretion—Raygulars know not to abuse their privileges).
Crafted from a proprietary fur-felt blend, the Open Road 6X has a substantial feel and stiffness, a secure fit and a shape that will retain come rain or shine. With its 4 ¼” cattleman crown and 2 ¾” bound-edge brim, it looks equally sharp on a woman or a man and easily transitions from city to country to your hometown bar of choice.
