The Rancher Zip Boot is a roper with a convenient side zipper. It has a leather vamp and 10” corded crown shaft and features an R toe—a classic all-purpose style that also dresses up well—as well as a stacked leather walking heel and intricate hand cording. Its quality construction includes 3⁄4 welt soles, brass nails and handmade lemonwood pegs that will expand and contract with any moisture the boot may encounter. Premium leather lining and a removable Tru-X insole ensure comfort in every step.
Our boots are made with the same care and consideration that goes into our legendary headwear, resulting in the ultimate mix of heel-to-toe comfort, rugged durability, and timeless western style. Crafted in the bootmaking capital of León, Mexico—where the tradition of creating frontier-ready leather footwear dates back to the mid-17th century—each pair takes approximately 40 hours and 200 individual steps to complete. They are lasted, stitched and tooled entirely by hand, using high-quality leathers that will develop an attractive patina over time and welt construction that allows them to be resoled as needed.
