It features a tall 5” cattleman crown and 4” heavy curved brim, complemented by a 2-ply cord hat band, removable feather detail and a genuine sterling silver JBS branding iron pin with gold overlay and inset stones—a nod to our trailblazing founder John B. Stetson. As with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Rancher 30X is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time.
