The USA 250 Edition is customized with a flag-inspired Stars and Stripes leather hatband and USA 250 hat pin. It’s crafted in our most popular outdoor profile, with a 4” pinch front crown and a 3 ¼” brim. Naturally water-repellent, it offers optimal protection in all conditions and a moisture-wicking DRI-LEX® sweatband provides a cool and comfortable fit, even on the most strenuous outdoor adventures.
The Bozeman USA 250 Edition is handmade in Texas from 100% pure, high-quality wool. As with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Bozeman is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. Its fully-crushable construction allows it to roll up, pack in a suitcase and pop back into its original shape as needed, making it ideal for travel.
